What is folklore?
Folklore is a concept that is extremely broad andnon-static, perhaps, therefore, there is no strict definition. It includes arts and crafts, folk epics, fairy tales, folk songs, folk theater plays, folk dances. Through folklore, national traditions, moral values, principles of the organization of human life itself are expressed. There are also small forms in it: chastushki, anecdotes, proverbs and sayings about the family, about work, about human values.
