How to pickle mackerel at home

Necessary ingredients:

  • olive oil - 30-35 ml;
  • sand sugar - a little;

  • purified drinking water - ½ liter;
  • leaves of laurel - 3-4 pcs.

Processing of fish product

Before pickling mackerel, it is necessaryto purchase in fresh or frozen form. After this, the fish should be thawed (if necessary), and then thoroughly cleaned of all the viscera, fins, tail and head.
