Beef with potatoes - food that appears on theour tables very often. What can be tastier than stew with soft mashed potatoes or simply boiled potatoes? We used to cook it all on the stove, but more recently, in the kitchen, many housewives have got another assistant in cooking - a multivariate. This device performs a lot of culinary functions: it both fries, and extinguishes, and bakes, and cooks. Each model has some special features that uniquely make life easier for the owner. In this article, we will talk about how beef and potatoes are prepared in a multivariate.
There are two options for the development of events.According to the first, the meat is initially roasted with carrots and onions, after which potatoes are added to it, and the device is put into "Quenching" mode. The second option involves quenching potatoes with meat without toasting. Whichever recipe you choose, beef with potatoes in the multivarquet will turn out very tasty, and for its preparation you will need the following products:
- 0.5 kg of beef;
- 1.5 kg of potatoes;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 1 onion;
- 1 pepper Bulgarian;
- a pair of cloves of garlic;
- salt and spices to taste.
In the multivarka is poured sunflower orolive oil for frying, which then spreads the meat. To fry the meat, you need to select the menu mode "Baking" and give the beef a little fry. When the meat is slightly fried, vegetables are added to it. While all this is being parsed, you need to cut the potatoes, peppers and add these products to the vegetables. To put the multivark into the "Quenching" mode, you need to add a little water to its bowl (otherwise the mode can automatically turn off).
The second method differs little from the first.You just need to load all the ingredients in the bowl and turn on the "Quenching" mode initially. In this case, the cooking time may be slightly longer, but the result will justify it!
